If you arrive early, take a relaxed stroll through Istanbul’s lively avenues and cafés, where tradition and modernity meet in every cup of tea and plate of meze.

For those arriving on time, your local guide will host a welcome meeting at 7:00 p.m. in the hotel lobby, a great chance to get acquainted with your fellow travelers and learn more about the journey ahead. You're welcome to join an optional group dinner afterward for your first taste of Turkish hospitality.

Complimentary airport transfers are available from both Istanbul Airport (IST), approximately a 90-minute drive, and Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW), which may take up to 2 hours depending on traffic.

There are no scheduled activities today, so feel free to arrive at your convenience and settle in at your own pace.

After breakfast, we step into the heart of historic Istanbul, where centuries of civilization unfold in every stone and skyline. Accompanied by your guide, explore the atmospheric old town, starting with the majestic Blue Mosque, renowned for its cascading domes and exquisite tilework. Continue to the ancient Hippodrome, once the beating heart of Byzantine public life, then visit the opulent Topkapi Palace, the former seat of the Ottoman sultans. No visit would be complete without standing in awe before the legendary Hagia Sophia, a monument that has served as a church, mosque, and now museum — embodying the city's layered past.

In the afternoon, an optional Bosphorus cruise invites you to see Istanbul from the water — a city set on two continents, divided by the shimmering strait that connects the Black Sea to the Sea of Marmara. Glide between Europe and Asia as you pass by elegant Ottoman mansions, ornate palaces, and timeworn fortresses, all backed by Istanbul’s ever-evolving skyline.

After breakfast, we set out toward Selçuk, but not before making a memorable stop at the legendary city of Troy — where myth and archaeology intertwine. Immortalized in Homer’s Iliad, Troy’s weathered walls once witnessed the epic saga of the Trojan War. As you walk through the ancient ruins, your guide will bring to life the tales of Achilles, Hector, and the infamous Trojan Horse, a symbol of cunning and conquest. Don’t miss the chance to snap a photo beside the replica of the wooden horse, standing as a tribute to one of history’s most iconic stories.

We then continue to Selçuk, a charming town set against the backdrop of some of Turkey’s richest historical treasures. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided exploration of Ayasoluk Hill, where history rests in layers. Step inside the elegant Isa Bey Mosque, a rare example of 14th-century Seljuk architecture, and gaze upon the Grand Fortress overlooking the valley. Just beyond lie the ruins of the Basilica of St. John, built on what is believed to be the saint’s final resting place. According to Christian tradition, St. John, accompanied by the Virgin Mary, came to Ephesus from Jerusalem and lived here until his death around AD 100.

We then enter the magnificent Great Theatre, capable of seating up to 26,000 spectators — a place etched in Biblical history as the site where Demetrius the silversmith rallied a crowd against St. Paul (Acts 19:23).

As the journey continues, we delve into the Terrace Houses, once home to Ephesus’ elite, marvel at exhibits in the Ephesus Museum, and visit the ruins of the Basilica of St. John, believed to be built over the apostle’s final resting place. Ephesus was not only a major political center, but also a hub of early Christian activity. St. Paul lived and preached here for two years, shaping the community before his exile to Patmos.

In the afternoon, you have the option to visit the serene House of Mary (Meryemana) — a tranquil sanctuary said to be where the Virgin Mary spent her final days under St. John’s care.

We then travel to the hilltop village of Şirince, famous for its fruit wines, cobblestone streets, and centuries-old carpet weaving traditions. Today, Kaş enchants visitors with its whitewashed houses, bougainvillea-draped lanes, and panoramic sea views. Enjoy a leisurely walking tour, where the layers of history and the laid-back coastal charm meet in perfect harmony.

We then travel onward to Kekova, a tranquil fishing village steeped in legend and natural beauty. Here, we’ll embark on a Kekova Boat Tour, gliding across crystal-clear waters with swimming stops at Tersane Bay and Kumlu Pier, ideal spots to cool off and soak in the serenity of the Mediterranean.

As we cruise, we’ll pass over the hauntingly beautiful Sunken City of Kekova Island, where the ruins of ancient structures lie just beneath the surface — submerged by an earthquake in the 11th century AD. This unique landscape, only accessible by sea, offers a surreal glimpse into the past. Born in Persia and later settling in Konya, Mevlana shared teachings that emphasized the power of divine love as a path to spiritual awakening. His most celebrated work, the Masnavi, is considered one of the greatest masterpieces of Sufi literature, guiding seekers through metaphor, poetry, and wisdom toward deeper understanding and inner peace.

With its well-preserved frescoes and spiritual atmosphere, it’s one of the most iconic sites in Cappadocia.

Next, we head to Uçhisar Castle, a towering natural rock formation that once served as a fortress. Here, you’ll uncover a fascinating network of underground passageways, storerooms, and burial chambers, offering a glimpse into life carved into stone over the ages.

Cappadocia’s landscape, shaped by volcanic activity and centuries of human settlement, is a masterpiece of both geology and history. For those who enjoy hiking, the nearby Red, Rose, or Love Valleys offer trails with otherworldly views and a sense of serenity.

We then visit Devrent Valley, also known as Imagination Valley, where wind-sculpted rock formations take on animal-like shapes — from camels to seals — creating a natural sculpture park that delights the senses.
